PRICING & DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to hold your puppy. We often have many qualified families inquiring and on our waitlist so it is important that those waiting for a puppy are serious and ready to provide a home for their puppy. Your deposit shows us that you are serious, invested, and not preventing a puppy from finding a home. Until they leave our care - these are our babies - and it is of the utmost importance that we find them qualified & comfortable homes with pet parents that will love them like we do!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I submitted my application, what's next?

Once your application has been received, we will go ahead and start processing it. This generally happens within 24-48 hours - however, this is subject to response from your references.

2. What happens if I'm approved?

If your application is approved, we will notify you by email, phone, or text - through whichever means of communication we have been in touch. At this point, you would go ahead and submit your deposit through usually Zelle or Venmo.

3. I've submitted my deposit, what does this mean?

Once your deposit is received and cleared - we will put you in for your pick of the litter. For example, if you are the first deposit, you have first pick of the litter, if you are the sixth deposit, you have sixth pick of the litter and so on.

4. Do you pick my puppy or do I pick my puppy?

This depends. Generally we are able to keep the picks in order of deposit - we do reserve the right to decline a puppy for a specifc home in the instance that the puppy will not be a good match for your family. For example - you are looking for a calm, cuddly puppy but you fall in love with the way a super hyper puppy looks - we will let you know that the super hyper puppy is likely not a good fit for your home and recommend one that will be more suitable for you. Do we have to do this often? Not at all, but it has happened and the family was happier to know that they were getting the most suitable puppy all around the board, rather than the one that looked the cutest at the moment.

5. What if I change my mind and no longer want the puppy after I place my deposit?

Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable - unless there is a reason we can not provide you a healthy puppy.

For example, your puppy gets sick or has a health condition we were previously unaware of while in our care - in this instance we will either refund your deposit in full or transfer it to our next litter.

Please review our sample contract here for more details.

6. Can I visit the puppies to help decide which one is right for me?

Absolutely! We prefer that you do visit as it gives us a chance to meet you and ensure you and your puppy are a good fit for one another.

7. How soon can I meet my puppy?

Visits are welcome after their first round of shots (usually around 6 weeks) - this is to ensure their health and safety because their immune systems are so little!

8. Can I meet the puppies over video chat?

Absolutely! We prefer that you do! Pictures just cannot capture the essence of puppy life like a live video can. Usually, we video chat over Facebook, Google Duo, or Facetime.

9. I have more questions, can we connect?
